For a drill that has been infected with toxoplasmosis during pregnancy, we need to make an oral suspension containing sulfadiazine. Can I make the suspension AHV mucus solution with NaCMC?

Prepare next suspension
Sulfadiazine 10g
NaOH 2.3 g
Citric acid 4.0 G
NaCMC mV 1.0 g
sugar syrup 40g
water (freshly cooked) AD 100ml (= 105g)
  1. dissolve in a beaker NaOH on in 20ml water and add to this Solution under good stirring sulfadiazine toe; Mix until fully dissolve
  2. rub 1g NaCMC mV with 26 granulated sugar into very fine powder in a sufficiently large mortar and add solution 1; mix up to homogenous
  3. dissolve in 10ml water 4g citric acid
  4. Add Solution 3 slowly to solution 2 under good stirring; Mix vigorously and dilute with 20 ml of water
  5. tarreer a bottle of 100ml and transfer the suspension 4 into the bottle
  6. rinse the mortar twice with 10ml of water and pour the rinse water over into the bottle
  7. bring on weight with water
PS: If you can use NaSulfadiazine then expires point 1; The NaSulfadiazine is then processed in point 2.
