Glycerol ointment with salicylic acid, benzoic acid, tartar acid, how to prepare?

A preparation contains salicylic acid, benzoic acid and tartar acid in glycerol ointment, but can acid-reacting substances decompose the starch which does not form a paste?

Answer

I would prepare the glyceol starch gel beforehand and then, after complete cooling, apply the various acid-reacting products. Then it falls to wait if this acid, whether or not completely or only partially soluble in water, will affect consistency.
