How to accelerate dry vapours of Liquor Carbonis detergent (LCD) or Saponin Coaltar?

It is always a hassle to dry LCD vapours on starch and then to process and with what guarantee on a good preparation!? Have done this very often and yet arranged the patient back because the ointment/Creme broke anyway (depending on V/h% LCD) AND above all also not a business economics (because very time-consuming) to justify. I continue each preparation in a Cetomacrogol cream with a strongly increased% of Vaseline/paraffin. I do not contact the doctors anymore because they do not know what it is about. They just need to learn to write validated formulas.

Answer

use of a hair dryer or mortar preheating can work time-saving. Of course, the LCD percentage has significant impact on the result. I can't reject your solution. The fat content of the Cetomacrogol cream TMF = 21%. I have always known that +/-35% is the maximum???
