I need to fill capsules with 250 mg of Ammonaps. That powder is quite hygroscopic and becomes sticky after a few minutes of air exposure.

Ideal ware to be able to work in an insulator in which we set a low relative humidity. But this type of equipment has not yet been found in the Belgian pharmacies.
So try to choose a lucky size so that filler must be added to fill the capsule. As filler we use a mixture consisting of starch with 2% talc and 2% SiO2 colloidal. Starch easily absorbs moisture and talc and SiO2 Coll. improve the flow properties. Working quickly will keep the message.
