How do I best prepare following suppositories: Ichtyol 150 mg, Belladonna dry Extract 10 mg, 1% lidocaine?

I don't know which suppository form you have: 10 or 30 suppositories. You need to prepare 28 suppositories and, given that we always take into account loss, it is best to count on 30 suppositories from the start.  

You must of course know the calibration value of your suppository.  

Start with the preparation of a trituration of Belladonna extract 1 to 20.  

Put in a small metal dish (suppository Pannetje) The amount of Ichtyol and   rub those with an equal amount of castor oil into a homno mixture. In a   mortar, apply the required amount of Belladonna trituration and mix the amount of lidocaine. Mix this powder mixture with the mixture ichtyiol-castor oil. Mix to homogenous and clump freely.  

Calculate the required amount of suppository mass; use a displacement factor = 0.7. Melt at a temperature of +/-35 ° C. Once melted slowly mix under stirring well the melted suppository mass at the Mensgsel present in the Zetpilgietpan. This mass can then, under regular stirring, be poured into the alveoli of the suppository form.
