Nizoral contains ketoconazole and so we depart from ketoconazole to avoid all the ballast of the tablet.
I suspect that ketoconazole is insoluble in paraffin and should therefore be suspended. Given that we have to do with a fine product and paraffin oil is already viscous, there is no need to use a viscosition-enhancing substance. If not then 2% could be added.
