Erythromycin 2 G, nystatin PDR 2.4 ME, urea 2 g, lactic acid 2g, Salicylic Acid 2 G, emulsify C 83 6 G Vaseline 54 g water AD 100g
Answer
There erythromycin is a base, it will inevitably react by the presence of water with the acids present. Consequently, two solutions are possible.
1. The cream is prepared without the presence of water; If necessary, Arlacel can be deleted, given that an emulsification is no longer present;
2. The cream is prepared without erythromycin. It can then be applied to the skin by means of a separate preparation such as a lotio or a gel.
