How do I prepare salicylic acid 10% in sesame oil 100 ml?

I would appeal to the formula below, which is an improved version of what is described in the national formularium:

Oleum salicylatum FN 6 (improved)
Salicylic acid 2g
macrogol 4-ether (eg. Eumulgin 05) 10g
Isopropylmyristaat 45g
Sweet almond oil up to 100 ml

I seem to recall that the amount of salicylic acid can be increased to 5g. If the doctor is to insist 10%, you will have to suspend the remaining 5%. In This case you can make the whole a little fishkeuzer with wax.
