Preparation:
These gelules can be made with nifedipine, which is available in bulk.
You can make both a classic hard capsule and capsules filled with oil.

for the first, nifedipine is Z.A.N. diluted with mannitol to the required shaking volume; the mixture is filled in capsules in the usual manner.

for the second method, Nifedipine is mixed with a volume of oil, corresponding to the volume of the capsule used. This volume is usually indicated on the packaging box. This liquid mixture can then be filled with syringe and needle in capsules. Before sliding the capsule over the body, this hat is used in a 10% PVP solution in alcohol. It is easy to dry before the capsules are put into the final packaging.

Given the light sensitivity of nifedipine, outside direct invasion of day or artificial light is worked.
