How to prepare an alcoholic gel with chlorhexidine 0.5%?

Normally we would use Carbomeergel but it is not usable with Chlorhexidineh +. So we opt for hydroxypropylcellulose or Klucel GF. I would use alcohol 70 ° as well as 5% glycerin as humectant. I cannot find any data on the concentration of Klucel GF because the HF (high viscosity) is usually used for gels. I would gamble at 5%.
