triamcinolone is insoluble in water. Propylene glycol is a good solvent. You can dissolve triamcinolone in 20ml of propylene glycol and dilute this solution gradually with the syrup hoping that triamcinolone remains in solution thanks to the syrup. Beats triamcinolone down preferably as very fine material that can be very easily shaken and divided into the syrup.
