Hydrocortisone cream 1 % compatible with chlorhexidine cream 1 % ?

This cream is used for impetiiginized eczema but is not an ideal formula.

Better

Hydrocortisone acetate 1 g; chlorhexidinedigluconate solution 5,19 g; cetomacrogolwas 14,7 g; Cetiol V 19,6 g ; propylene glycol 1 g; sorbitol syrup non-krist. 3.92g and water 54.6g 

The addition of chlorhexidine to hydrocortisone creams has no added value in the treatment of irrigated eczema
