Prepare a   10% prednisolone   dilution. Weigh   Belladonna extract and mix with the correct amount of prednisolone dilution. Add and mix mixture with lidocaine HCl. Add 2 g lactose and mix until homogeneous calculate the amount of suppository mass (Suppocire ASX) and melt at low temperature. Weigh Icthyol in the starch pan and rub with half of the melted suppository mass. Rub powder mixture into the mortar with residual suppository mass. Add this still +/-liquid mixture to the zetpilpan and mix to homogenous. If necessary, heat very gently until cast. Pour the suppositories into the form.  

Make all calculations for   21   suppositories.
