Incompatibility with emulsifying lotions NF V hydrcortisone acetate 1% chloramphenicol 3% chlorhexidine 0.5% emulsifying waslotio NFV ad 300ml

Our washing-up base was OK, until we added the active ingredients and then almost immediately broke.

Answer

Neither hydrocortisone acetate nor chloramphenicol are the cause of breaking your lotion but it does chlorhexidine, which you probably add either as Diacetate or digluconate. In both cases, you have to do with chlorhexidine (+), which is obviously incompatible with lauryl sulfate (-), which is a part of the emulsifying wax PBV. To solve the problem you only need to save the page 75 in the NF V and use the non-ionogenic cetomacrogol lotion.
