Is it possible to obtain a stable gel with erythromycin, prednisolone and Carbopolgel TMF?

Very difficult because there is an incompatibility, between erythromycin and Carbopol. But why use Carbopol when the TMF describes a hydrophilic gel based on hydroxypropyl cellulose. There is chance that the prednisolone also dissolves in the water-alcohol mixture. Is it not complete yet partially.
