I am asked to make a syrup Polaramine; Does anyone here have experience with it?

R/Chloropheniraminemaleate 40 mg; sugar 60 g; Citric acid 20 mg; After citrate 50 mg; Banana Aroma 40 mg and aqua Conservans up to 100 ml
pH = 5.0 à 5.2
