Neo bacitracin is missing until September, is it possible to make this?

I suggest  

Neomycin sulfate   x mg equivalent to 50 mg neomycin base

Bacitracin 5,000   I. E

Boric acid solution with preservative ad 10 ml

The composition of boric acid solution with preservative reads: Boric acid 2 G, benzalkonium chloride 10 mg, Na2EDTA 100 mg and freshly boiled water up to 100 ml.

Keep in mind the speciality with the storage requirements and the limited shelf life. Will need to be prepared ex tempore.
