In next composition asks a doctor to Respacal sir. Replace with Respacal 20 tab. Due to supply problems.

Promethazine HCl 300 mg ascorbic acid 1 gram raspberry Aroma 4 gram, Respacal 0.02% sir. AD 200 ml < br/> We suggested the doctor to use Bricanyl potio. But to no avail... What can you recommend to us?

Answer

Both in Respacal syrup and tablets, Tulobuterol HCl is found to be well soluble in water. So I would shatter the tablets and extract with 100 ml of hot water under stirring with the magnetic rod. Then filter the whole and wash the precipitate with 2 x 15 ml of water. In This solution I would dissolve 35 g sorbitol as well as Nipagine 140 mg and Nipasol 60 mg. Then Promethazine, ascorbic acid and aroma are added. To eventually bring on volume.
