Next ointment with DMSO breaks; Is there a remedy?

R/Ichtyol 10g, DMSO 10g, Menthol 2.5 g, ung simplex ad 50g

I suspect that the problems are caused by DMSO not by Ichtyol. Add a small amount of 2 G Arlacel C can help?
