Not stable Hand Cream:

This hand creme is done by us through the ointment mill to obtain a more beautiful creme. Some patients complain, however, that this creme becomes much more fluid after a while. How can we avoid this? Cetyl alcohol 16g, glycerin 20g olive oil 20g nipagine 0.5 g after lauryl sulfate 1g aq Conservans AD 100g

Answer

There are several reasons not to recommend the treatment of a crème mbh of an ointment grinder but rather to use a mixer or even better a homogenizer to not store air. The composition of this cream looks OK. If the cream is unstable, however, Lanette N could be used instead of cetyl alcohol and nalauryl sulfate. Maybe 20 g? Either increase cetyl alcohol to 18 G and nalauryslsulfate to 2 G.
