A pediatrician sends me the demand to prepare a gel for vaginal use with estradiol gel 6mg/g.

This gel is used in a baby. I've already made it with ethanol as a solvent, but this turned out to be uncomfortable for the baby.

Answer

I suspect a CR è arranges me better. You could use the following composition.
R/glycerol monostearate 6g
fluid b. Paraffin wax 14g
Vaseline 20g
cetomacrogol 8g
propylene glycol 10g
water up to 100g
propylene glycol is used as a solvent for estradiol.
