Phosphate syrup turns green +/-1 week after preparation

The formula of our preparation was: -After Monohydrogen phosphate 63 g -K dihydrogen phosphate 17.5 g -Raspberries syrup 150 ml (fantasy) -Distilled water AD 300 ml The pH of the syrup is 6. Can the discoloration lie on the artificial raspberries syrup? If I omit it and replace it with Sir. Simplex is the flavor still OK? What do you recommend?

Answer

Eris no doubt that the discoloration comes from the fantaisie aroma. These products consist of so many components that there is always something to do with it. I found a phosphate syrup with raspberry aroma on the recipe helpdesk, but I suspect it is natural. There is also raspberries syrup of course (reimbursed?).

Other possibilities are not raspberries syrup but: sorbitol 140 g and after saccharinate 120 mg   or   sugar syrup + Orange peel tincture 5 G.
