This prescription resembles the Hypromellose ointment from the FNA. I fear that there is some little petroleum jelly present in your prescription. I would follow the FNA: HPMC 4000 20g, Vaseline 80g. Taking into account the medicines this would be: urea 10g, salicylic acid 30g, HPMC 4000 20g and petroleum jelly up to 100g
