Pati ë NT is a child of 21 kg. It does not tolerate lactose, no colourings or preservatives. Sensitive intestines. Is acetaminophen beverage from NF a solution? Of course without raspberries extract. But is sorbitol syrup not too laxative for sensitive intestines? Oral and rectal difficult.

Of course paracetamol beverage from NF is a solution. But there are a few ingredients, which are not ideal for sensitive intestines. I think there is nothing else left as a suspension to make with paracetamol powder. I suspect that such a suspension can be administered with a gastric probe. If you look in the booklet Galenic Formularium you will find on page 149 and 150 some mucus solutions that you can use.
