The preparation of aqueous Vit A drops 100,000 E/g does not succeed.

I used the method suggested on the IPSA evening. The concentrate of Synth Vit A palmitate in oil form plays me playing tricks because it occurs with a consistency of butter. Light warming up the raw material so that it becomes liquid, does not bring a soelace because it is fixed back when blending Tween.

Answer

Given the heating does not offer a solution, there is only one solution and this is diluting. After all, the Formularium Dutch pharmacists know drops of Vit A 50,000 and 100,000 IU/g for 50,000 one uses the half quantity polysorbate 80 and sugar syrup given that only 5 g of Vit A concentrate is present. If we now add 5 g of arachide Oil to 5 g of Vit A palmitate concentrate, to make the buttery concentrate more fluid, then we arrive at a total oil of 10 g. In order to solubilize this hoevelness we use 25 g polysorbate 80 and sugar syrup such as I n the original composition of droplets at 100,000 E/g

Therefore keep in mind that the aqueous final preparation contains only 50,000 E/g and that the number of prescribed droplets, which the patient must take, should be doubled. But this can be difficult to pose a problem.
