A preparation method for a Tretinoin oral gel or paste

Tretinoin is a toxic substance, which may not be processed by persons of the female sex. There   must always   by each staff member of the pharmacy gently   fellow fat and wearing glasses and mask is obligatory.

In addition, Tretinoin is a labile raw material, which is oxidationsensitive.

For the oral gel we prepare a concentrated solution in ethanol, which contains 3.33 g of tretinoin per litre and Butylhydroxytiolua 2.67 g per litre.  .   This solution has a density of 0.8  

For the gel with 0.05% Tretinoin we take 12   g of this solution; for 0.1% 24 G. In both cases We add 20 g glycerin and then carbomeergel to 100 g
