Burow Solution is prepared by the reaction of aluminum sulfate with acetic acid in the presence of Calcium carbonate. (OH) (acetate) 2 is already formed. This complex salt is not stable and a precipitate arises. Therefore, it is added tartaric acid, which forms the acetotate.
