A problem with a combination acetic acid-Burow as ear drop: acetic acid 2.7% Aminoacetotartraat 50ml

After telephone contact with the doctor, other colleague & #039; s have no problem with this preparation. After phone call with wholesale and APB documentation service we find no aminoacetotartraat. Is burowsolution the solution? Whether or not with added acetic acid (diluted or concentrated)?

Answer

In any case, it is about aluminium acetotartraat, which we find in the Burow solution.

Burow Solution is prepared by the reaction of aluminum sulfate with acetic acid in the presence of Calcium carbonate. (OH) (acetate) 2 is already formed. This complex salt is not stable and a precipitate arises. Therefore, it is added tartaric acid, which forms the acetotate.
