Problem with a disulfiram suspension: disulfiram 8g syrup simplex ad 300ml

I made this made with 100g dispersion based on Copagel A 15 (NaCMC) But the result was not optimal. In my composition, Tween is missing; Is that the reason?

The suspension should be prepared with freshly cooked water and contain a preservative;
