According to the package leaflet of the vancomycin amp this would only be 4d shelf life in the refrigerator, while the storage period according to the hospital is 14d.
The data are also contradictory on the Internet.

I have found the following formula, which you can customize, if necessary. It is a sugar free syrup with 50 mg /ml
R/Vancomycinhydrocholride 5 g; Stevia 200 mg; Nasaccharinate 50 mg; Glycerin 40 ml; Banana aroma ZAN; Water up to 100 ml.
Store in red-brown bottle outside the influence of light; in the fridge!
stored in the refrigerator, the shelf life is set at 30 days. Nevertheless certain studies give a term of 90 days. A more prudent shelf life is 14 days, always kept in the refrigerator
