This solution should be delivered sterile. Which method can be used in the pharmacy? We have an autoclave, sterile membrane filters, a Memmert drying oven (up to 200 °C)

I suggest olive oil 1 hour at 150 °C in a pre-sterilized but powder dry bottle. I don't know if the design of the dropper bottle will tolerate a temperature of 150 °C so maybe sterilizing it in the autoclave. The Niaouli sterile filter preferably on 0.47 μm for the sake of viscosity but I suspect it succeeds with 0.22 μm. It's only 3ml.
