Is there an anti oxidance needed for subsequent preparation with Sulpho Resorcinol R/Salicylic Acid 1.1 G Sulpho resorcinol 2.2 g alcohol 70 degrees AD 55 g

According to Martindale, Sulpho resorcinol is oxidation sensitive (rose discoloration). Should an anti oxidance be added to this preparation and if so water soluble (vit C) or fat soluble (BHT) or both?
