Is there an appropriate preservative for next Collyre: R/Na Chloride 5%

As you well know, this collyre is strongly hypertone. If this collyre is prepared according to the rules of the art Ttz preferably with the help of a heat sterilization (flowing water vapour) then I believe that kielmen introduced in the use do not have a chance for survival.
