Working with KOH I find a little risky. I have no idea of concentration. But calluses are also often softened with urea. Therefore, I would prepare a 30% urea solution and put here compresses. Above the poultice a sttuk bilroth or plastic is laid so that the solution does not penetrate into the bandage.
