The former POLYGYNECX ovulen were actually vaginal soft capsules, which are therefore only industrially to prepare. As a loco, we will have to turn to the classic ovulals. Of all the content Stofffen Nystatin is the least stable. Personally, I would prefer a not watery middle and consequently use ADEPs Solidus as Excipi ë ns. My preference would then go to Suppocire AS2X. The mixture of medicinal products should be diluted with 1 g per ovule lactose (preferably anhydrous) to ensure the homogeneous distribution. Lactose also effects a liquid flux in the vagina from the inside out, which strengthens the local effect. I would limit the shelf life to 1 month with storage in the refrigerator.
