Hemangiol's formula, the speciality, doesn't look really difficult but I find few formulas for the rest.

You can leave the following composition
Propranololhydrochloride 100 mg; citric acid monohydrate 50 mg; sugar syrup 20.0 g; Aroma Qs (50 mg?) and water for storage up to 100 ml (= 104.6 g)
