The water-soluble vitamin A solution is lacking. Is it possible to prepare a beverage with 50,000 IU/ml?

Answer

In the absence of the water-soluble solution (Hydrosol) of vitamin A, we can use the oil solution to 1 Milj IU per G. The water-soluble solution contains   a solubilizer (presumably Tween 80), which is the added oil solution Will solubilize IE record in Micellen.

For 100 ml reads the composition: Vitam A palmitate 1 Milj. IU/g 5 g; Citric acid monohydrate 240 mg; Potassium Sorbate 300 mg; Polysorbate 80 12.5 g; Sugar syrup (or sorbitol syrup) 12.5 g; Banana Aroma 20 dr and purified water (73 ml)     AD 100 ml

One takes a mortar or even better a bottle and moistens by swirled for a few minutes   the wall with Polysorbate 80; then the oil-opl. with Vitam. A added and mixed with the polysorbate to a clear solution. Sugar syrup and banana aroma are then added and mixed with the polysorbate. 15 ml of water with citric acid is gradually brought into the bottle under continuous swing. The solution should be clear. Eventually, 50 ml of water with potassium sorbate is gradually being added under swing.     The clear solution is with water brought to volume.
