Should this creme be prepared sterile? How do we work best?

I propose the following composition:

ZnO 25g
Lanette O 5g
ichtammol 5g
wool grease 20g
water 20g
liquid paraffin 20g
vaseline up to 100g

This CR è me should not be prepared sterile. She is not supposed to get into the eye.
