I suspect an incompatibility between benzocaine base and tannin or looi acid rods with a fat mass is being worked on...
I would suggest to mix both products individually each with 250 mg Aerosil. Try to rub all the "spheres" of Aerosil open. So each in a small mortar; Afterwards they are both individually rubbed with melted suppository mass and the contents of each mortar are transferred into the zetpilpan with the remaining molten mass. After mixing, the mixture is poured into the suppository form.
