Rothwell & #039; s solution is in fact a suspension with following composition:

Tetracycline (base) 500mg
Nystatin 1.2 g
Hydrocortisone 100mg
in a solution of diphenhydramine (2.5 mg/ml) qs up to 250ml

Optionally, 36ml of Sorbitol 70% can be used.
