Would there be any possibility of preparing a testosterone accident?

After all, we are now involved in the preparation of the company Pharmaproduktion GMbH from Frankfurt. I have been able to explain the following formulas:

  • formula according to Pharmaproduktion
R/Testosterone Micro 10% (100 mg/g), liposomes vitamin F, ethanol 96%, Audor Gel (Carbopol 980) NF, NA-Hyaluronat, NaOH, Panthenol, Phenonip, Aqua Purif.
    Refrigerate

  • formula according to Apotheke am Eschenheimer Turm Frankfurt
R/A/30 g gel: Carbomer Na, Hydrolite-5, NaOH, Aqua
B/90 g Gel: 100 g contain 12.5 g testosterone propionate together with: PC-liposome, cholesterol, Hydrolite-5, ethanol, Carbomer Na, Protriol, Aqua
    mix 20 g A and 80 g B

Answer

The formulas, which you sent me, contain, as you have already noticed, a series of substances, which will be very difficult to obtain. Unless you are prescribes all those manufacturers for a sample. On top of that you are not legally using such raw materials in your pharmacy!

I still see a possibility with the following composition, which was published in an American magazine:

testosterone 1g
Propylene glycol 10g
lecithin 20g
isopropyl palmitate 25 ml
Pluronic F 127 gel up to 100 g
The Pluronic gel poses a problem given the unavailability of this raw material. But a replacement by a Carbomeergel (1 à 2%) Must be feasible. The testosterone can be dissolved in propylene glycol; The lecithin in the isoprpylpalmitate; Both solutions are mixed. The Carbopol gel is gradually added to this mixture.
