Deze info vond ik reeds op de website en zo maken wij ook steeds de atropine oogdruppels. De houdbaarheid is ook hier 14 dagen na opening omdat er geen bewaarmiddel voorzien is. ? 1 maand na opening zou te lang zijn? Zie antwoord
EENVOUDIGER
Volgens Kris De Bauw kunnen we ook vertrekken van een ampul atropinesulfaat 1mg/ml waarvan we met een steriele injectiespuit en naald 1 ml overbrengen in een gesteriliseerd collyreflesje en dan 9 ml steriel fysiologisch serum toevoegen
Als het zo uitgevoerd wordt is de bereiding ook terugbetaald door het RIZIV blijkbaar.

The label states, for multidose containers, the period within which the preparation is to be used after opening. This period does not exceed 4 weeks, unless otherwise justified and authorised.
Uit de literatuur
The potency of the atropine sulfate solution remained above the United States Pharmacopeia limit of 93% for the duration of the study. The solutions were physically compatible and chemically stable when stored for 28 days at 35°C and exposed to light, 364 days at 23°C and exposed to light, or 364 days at 5°C and protected from light.
Als u de methode De Bauw gebruikt zal de gebruikstermijn, na opening, ook maar 14 dagen zijn. Wil je de farmacopee volgen, voorzie dan een bewaarmiddel.
