We received from Bassron a bottle of rennet of which 1g is able to streat 15 kg of milk. My CLI ë NT fails even with a double dose of yoghourt to be prepared with an appliance for domestic use

Rennet is not used in the preparation process of yoghourt but in the cheese preparation. For the preparation of Yoghourt one can make use of yoghourtferment. A simple method consists in the use of a jar of yoghourt without preservative, which is added to the milk. By always keeping a game of yoghourt you can continue the production process.
