Beste, Paracetamol siroop is now "ontbrekend" - we do not have any option for children. Paracetamol drank NF is with 20 ml ethanol / 200 ml siroop.... not really a good option for children. Can you help us with another suggestion - thank you on beforehand, Anette

I found the following formulation : paracetamol 25 g ; alcohol 100 ml ; sorbitol syrup 500 g ; glycerine 480 g ; Na2HPO4 15 g ; NaH2PO4 2,5 g and distilled water to 1 l
I hope the formula accepts 30 g paracetamol ? If not diminish the volume of water and add some propylene glycol (not ideal) or PEG 400
This formulation contains also some alcohol (the same as NF ?) but the amount admiistered daily to a child will be minimal.
For the flavor (taste !) you can add some cacao or orange flavor
